Production Data Coordinator

As a Production Data Coordinator, you’re integral to the process that brings product innovation into fruition. You’ll manage those small details that make big differences in helping us understand if we’re maximizing profitability with our everyday processes on the manufacturing production floor. Working closely with our Manufacturing and Materials Handling teams, as well as the Finance group, to collect, analyze, and report manufacturing and inventory management functions. Manufacturing knowledge is essential, as is your ability to communicate, build relationships, and think critically.

• Enter and validate materials usage and associated variances
o Analyze and correct production process errors, including quantity transactions, machine hours, etc.
o Finalize and complete production run information in preparation for financial reconciliation
• Perform raw and packaging materials management functions
o Validate receipt information
o Manage materials movement transactions
• Perform inventory management functions
o Initiate inventory cycle count process as needed to support analysis of variances
o Performs balance reconciliation between SAP raw/packing material warehouse and inventory management systems
• Support continuous improvement efforts
o Analyze plant floor process errors to determine root causes
o Develop action plans for addressing process failures
Perform all other duties as assigned.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (Minimum):
Education: High School diploma/GED required; Two year degree in Accounting or related degree preferred.
Experience (Years/Type): 1+ years’ experience in production data, inventory analytics, or materials accounting.
Skills: Proficient experience in Microsoft Office applications with an emphasis in Excel preferred.
