Position Duties:

  1. Enters and validates production data

Validates materials usage transactions and associates variances.

Validates declared production transactions.

Analyzes and corrects failed material usage and declared production process errors.

Analyzes and corrects machine hours and produced quantity transactions in support of costing and manufacturing efficiency.

Finalizes and completes production run information in preparation for financial reconciliation.

  1. Performs Raw and Packaging Materials Management Functions

Initiates and managers materials movement transaction in direct support of Materials Handling processes.

Corrects system generated error messages (or unused transactions) related to Materials Handling functions.

  1. Performs Inventory Management Functions

Initiates inventory cycle count process as needed to support analysis of variance.

Performs balance reconciliation between SAP raw/packing material warehouse and inventory management systems.

  1. Support Continuous Improvement Efforts

Analyzes plant floor process errors to determine root causes using SAP transactional history.

Works with production management to develop action plans for addressing process failures.

Provides timely feedback to plant production and material handling personnel in support of continuous improvement initiatives.

5.  Performs other duties as directed by manager.

High School Diploma or equivalent required.  2-year accounting degree or equivalent training recommended.
1-2 years stock/inventory systems, production systems, and/or auditing experience or equivalent required.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.  Able to perform process analysis and validate results.  Able to effectively facilitate resolution of complex topics with relevant factory associates.  Proficient in basic computer skills such as Microsoft Office applications.
Strong communication skills and organizational skills.
Strong system’s experience.
Able to multitask in fast-paced environment.
Must be able to work nights and weekends on a rotational shift.
