JOB SUMMARY

Position is responsible for providing administrative and project support services to the Human Resources PTC team, to the site and other functional areas.  Act as site coordinator of training and development records ensuring compliance with recordkeeping requirements

 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  1. Support HR team with routine administrative duties to include but not limited to  creating, editing, faxing and mailing documents and presentations
  2. Schedule meetings and interviews including extending invitations to internal and external people, reserving rooms and coordinating/facilitating meeting logistics (food, snacks, audio/visual support, etc).   Prepare interview information and distribute to participants.
  3. Coordinate and manage recordkeeping for training for the site (iLearn)
  4. Provide administrative support to Pilot Plant operation through entry of CAPEX PO requisitions, trial formatting, administrative support with Safety/Sanitation audit transcription and filing of NesTMS documents.
  5. Update organization charts and employee data spreadsheets
  6. Post positions at external sites as needed. Posting of Externships and coordination of communication and logistics for externship program. 
  7. Support employee events planning and logistics
  8. Act as backup resource for Visitor/tour coordination and for uniform ordering and coordination for all staff.
  9. Maintain organization of office supply area and support archiving of HR records
  10. Act as coordinator for surveys developed at the site.
  11. Prepare Company store deposits and deduction for data entry. 
  12. Support HR team purchasing needs
  13. Candidate process coordination following offer letter to first day including New Hire Orientation process.
  14. Create employee files and ensure completeness of all new hire paperwork
  15. SAP HR Ad Hoc Reporting

 

 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, and Knowledge):
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • 2 years of administrative office experience
  • Ability to maintain highly confidential nature of human resources work
  • Excellent computer skills with a high degree of proficiency with the Microsoft Office software
  • Excellent grammar and spelling skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 
 
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS PREFERED BUT NOT REQUIRED:
  • Prior experience with candidate management and learning management systems
  • Previous experience in the human resources discipline
