POSITION SUMMARY:
This position will provide support for the Portfolio Marketing & Innovation Leaders in development and execution of global marketing initiatives designed to strengthen the relevance of key strategic brands.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Enhance global brand portfolio through identification and re-application of consumer insights, strategic brand building tools, product concepts, etc.
* Strong focus on analysis of key global business and consumer trends, competitive intelligence for area of responsbility.
* Lead and/or participate in assigned Global Business Strategy Acceleration Teams & Brand Boards.
* Assist in the development and management of the global long-term innovation pipeline.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited College or University (MBA preferred).
EXPERIENCE:
*A minimum of 5 years of Consumer Products Goods experience, including a minimum of 3 years of Brand Management experience with a Bachelor's degree or
* A minimum of 2 years of Brand Management experience with a MBA.
SKILLS:
Proficiency in another language (beyond English) - preferable.
